Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Healthcare Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in supporting the daily administrative functions of our organization. If you are a self-starter with excellent computer skills, strong communication abilities, and great attention to detail, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to email correspondence with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other tools to enter accurate data, create reports, and perform essential administrative tasks.
  • Research and compile information from various online sources.
  • Work collaboratively with carriers, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Multitask effectively between database management, phone conversations, and administrative operations.
  • Adapt quickly to new computer systems and tools, mastering their use to streamline processes.
  • Maintain a home office with a reliable high-speed internet connection to support hybrid work assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED (required); associate degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role (required); experience in healthcare or as a medical assistant is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Comfortable with internet research to complete assignments efficiently.
    • Ability to learn and navigate complex computer systems and databases.
